General meeting
Geetali, a Laban-based socio-cultural organisation, held its Biennial General Body Meeting at Pine Brook Guest House on Sunday. General secretary Ganapada Ghosh presented the organisation’s Biennial Report for the year 2024-26, while the treasurer placed the accounts along with Auditor’s Report, which were passed by the members. Moreover, the organisation also formed its new committee for the term 2026-28 with CA Sudip Purkayastha as president, Subhash Paul, Bijit Biswas and Subrata Purkayastha as vice presidents, Biswarup Choudhury as general secretary, Subinoy Dey and Partha Deb as assistant general secretaries, Sanjay Bhattcharjee as treasurer, Ganapati Dhar as auditor, besides other members.
