SHILLONG: Shillong United opened their First Division football league campaign with a 2-0 victory over Imson at the JN Sports Complex, Polo, on Tuesday.
The first half ended scoreless with L Meitei and AS Meitei scoring in the 59th and 78th minutes, respectively.
Wednesday’s game will be between last year’s Second Division toppers Laban SC and Laitumkhrah SC at 4:00pm.
