SHILLONG: For the benefit of Indane LPG consumers, East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner Sanjay Goyal has asked the LPG distributors within Shillong to keep open their showrooms uniformly as per the timings– Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
In a statement issued here on Tuesday, the Deputy Commissioner said that all the Indane LPG customers should book their cylinders over the phone to avoid crowd and waste of valuable time in the showrooms.
The Deputy Commissioner also directed the distributors to keep a suggestion-cum-complaint register in the showroom so that the customers can record their suggestion or complaint.
