The debate was led by Professor B Laitflang as a moderator and judged by Assistant Director of DIPR C Passah, Rev. Kyrsoi Pyrtuh and Dr. JS Shangpliang.
The debate competition was won by Pynkhlaiñ L Nonglait of Seng Khasi College who spoke against the motion.
