SHILLONG: The State government has agreed to look into the grievances of the consumers with regards to abnormal electricity billing. The power minister Clement Marak gave this assurance to a Joint Action Committee (JAC) delegation formed by the United Democratic Party (UDP) which met him in Shillong on Thursday.
