SHILLONG: The winter session of Meghalaya Legislative Assembly will start from November 21. Assembly Speaker AT Mondal said that the number of days would be fixed later. Indications are that it will be a week-long session. The Business Advisory Committee will meet on November 10 to decide the number of days.
