Guwahati: The updation of National Register of Citizens in Assam, which was stopped midway last year during the pilot project implementation, is likely to resume soon. “We are hopeful that the process to update the NRC will resume soon after all issues are settled,” Assam Accord Implementation Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sharma said here on Tuesday.
