TURA: Police on Friday arrested a Garo militant belonging to the United A’chik Liberation Army (UALA) in North Garo Hills District. According to a source from within the Police Department a team from Resubelpara Police were on a routine patrolling towards Bakenang in Bajengdoba when they came across a motorcycle-borne youth who abandoned the motorbike and tried to flee on foot on seeing the police but was eventually captured. The arrested UALA militant has been identified as Robinson R Marak
