Armed Forces Flag Day greetings

SHILLONG: Meghalaya Governor K.K. Paul has extended his greetings to the brave men and women of the Defense forces, veterans and war widows of the armed forces personnel on the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day which is being observed on December 5.

In his message, the Governor expressed solidarity with armed forces by donating to the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund and displaying the Armed Forces Flag which are utilized for the welfare of serving soldiers, ex-servicemen and their widows.

Moreover, he appealed to the people to contribute generously to this noble cause as a tribute to their gallantry and sacrifice.
