Minor crushed to death by wild elephant

SHILLONG: A minor boy was trampled by a wild elephant leading to his death.
Police said that the incident happened on the evening of December 7 evening when a wild elephant attacked one minor boy Hafiz Khan (14) at Baksapara area in South West Garo Hills.
The boy sustained grievous injuries and was shifted to CHC Mahendraganj where the medical officer on duty declared him brought dead.
