Musical evening
A All Faiths’ prayer meeting followed by a musical evening will be held on December 20 at the Bharat Scouts and Guides Campus as part of the pre-Christmas celebration. The musical evening will start at 4.30 pm.
Book release
The Ri War People Organization will release a book titled “Basic information on the Riwar Area of Meghalaya” at KJP Information Technology hall, Synod Complex, Mawkhar at 11 am on December 20.
Convocation
Around 700 youths who were undergoing computer training at Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Cultural Centre, will have their Convocation Programme at 1.30 pm on Saturday. MP Bezbaruah, Member, NEC will be the chief guest on the occasion while Revered Swami Purnanandaji Maharaj of Belur Math, Kolkata, will be the guest of honour.
