Public health sub-centre
To a question posed by Mawphlang MLA S K Sunn during question hour, Health Minister AL Hek informed that the public health sub-centre at Mawsadang and Laitjem are yet to function though it was completed a few years back. Posts for ANM and chowkidar for the sub-centres have also not been created.

National Park
The Balpakram National Park Division has appointed 36 employees between November 28, 1987, when it was established, and 1995. Replying during the question hour, Forests and Environment Minister Lahkmen Rymbui said the appointment was ad hoc/temporary. He informed that out of the 36 employees, 30 have been regularised.
