SHILLONG :Meghalaya Chief Minister, Conrad Sangma inaugurated the North East region’s biggest food innovation exhibition at the Polo ground in Shillong.
The first North Show is being organised by Meghalaya government in collaboration with Salon International de l’alimentation, or SIAL which is a brand from Paris known for holding trade fairs which specialize in the food processing industry.
