SHILLONG: City Police on Thursday arrested Toda Mawthoh, a primary contact of a COVID-19 positive patient, for violation home quarantine protocols.
Mawthoh escaped from his residence at Malki on a scooty (ML05 P 1196), but was nabbed a few hours later from Rynjah.He is currently in police custody.
