road
The road leading to a leading college in Ri Bhoi district the Union Christian College and one of Meghalaya’s best known resorts, Ri Kynjai frequented by visitors from India and abroad has been in this dilapidated shape for over three years. Sporadic repairs have done more harm than good. Residents of Umsaw have made representations to the Government but to no avail. Some sections of the road are completely washed out. Is PWD listening?
