SHILLONG: The Hyn-niewtrep National Youth Front (HNYF) has urged Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma to start the black topping of road from Rwiang to Langpih.

The NGO in the letter to the Chief Minister said, “The Government last year had assured to improve the connectivity as a first step against the alleged encroachment by Assam in Langpih.” Till date there has been only commitment but no step is taken by the Government, the letter said.
