Azheto asks DCCI to be responsible

KOHIMA: MLA and Advisor Sericulture and Cooperation Azheto Zhimomi has appealed to the newly-elected Dimapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) to live up to public expectations.Inaugurating the new office building of the DCCISunday, Mr Zhimomi said rampant corruption was taking place in the society and reminded DCCI to focus only on trade, business, provide platform for production to flourish, save the public from harassment.Veteran politician and Congress MLA, K L Chishi, also present on the occasion, lamented the fact that law enforcement is ”very weak” in Dimapur, but at the same did not blame the government, unlike his party.
