TURA: Poor quality of service being provided by Aircel Company in the Garo Hills for the last few months has forced the Garo Students’ Union to take the matter up with its senior officials.

The GSU has approached the Territorial Manager of Aircel Company in Tura to highlight the grievances of the customers who have for long been complaining of poor quality service of its network.

Aircel was one of the first few companies which extensively launched its network connecting the length and breadth of Garo Hills but since the last couple of months there has been a drastic drop in its service quality with customers repeatedly having to redial numbers to get connected and even having conversations disrupted midway because of poor service.

The GSU has urged upon the senior officials of Aircel to rectify the problem at the earliest in the interest of the general public and warned of action if steps are not taken to provide better service.
