Kohima: The Mokokchung Press Club (MPC) has flayed the July 30 incident where two members of the Dimapur press fraternity were robbed by unidentified miscreants.

In a press note issued by president and secretary of MPC Limalenden Longkumer and Sashimeren Jamir expressed concern over the incident and stated that it strongly questioned the ”lackadaisical attitude” of the Dimapur police who are giving a wrong message to the miscreants and emboldening them to continue with their criminal activities.

The MPC strongly urged the concerned authority to expedite the case and leave no stone unturned in arresting the culprits at the earliest. (UNI)
