 Shillong: As part of celebrations of the International Year of Chemistry, the State Level Science Seminar 2011was organised by the Directorate of School Education and Literacy in collaboration with Birla Industrial and Technological Museum at Don Bosco Youth Centre here on Wednesday. The seminar saw the participation of students from 14 schools of the seven district of the state. The topic of this Seminar was Chemistry for Human Welfare: Promises and Concerns. Sneha Khatri of St Mary’s Higher Secondary School bagged the first position.
