SHILLONG: One truck driver, Polen Chandra Rai succumbed to his injuries today after he fell from his truck parked at Phramer, Jaintia Hills on Friday.
According to sources, Polen was about to get down from his truck on Friday when a truck coming from behind hit him after which he fell down from the truck and was badly injured.
After the accident, he was immediately rushed to Jowai Civil Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
