SHILLONG: The Idd-Ul-Fitre prayer will be held at Laban Eid Gah on August 31 at 10 am. However, the date may be changed subject to the sighting of the moon.
The Idd-ul-fitre prayers will also be held at Lad Rymbai mosque, Dawki mosque, Nongpoh mosque, Addah mosque and Byrnihat mosque at 9 am.
Meanwhile, the Shillong Muslim Union has also thanked all the concerned who worked together for ensuing the release of four persons who were arrested for collecting zakat( religious donation) during the holy month of Ramzan.
