Anna Paquin has telepathic abilities?
London: True Blood star Anna Paquin says she has some telepathic ability and her mother and sister used to call her a ‘witch’. The 29-year-old actress, who plays the character of a telepathic waitress, Sookie Stackhouse in True Blood, said that there have been moments in her life where she has predicted moments, reported Look magazine. “There have been a few different bits and pieces in my life where it’s like, ‘Is that really a lucky guess or did I know that was going to happen?’ My mom and my sister used to joke that they thought I was a witch,” she said. Paquin who married co-star Stephen Moyer in 2010, after meeting him on the set of the vampire TV show, says that she never predicted her romance with him. “Chemistry is just one of those elusive things. It’s just, is there a spark when you work with that person,” Paquin said. (PTI)
‘Should have had more fun as a teen’
London: Pop star Britney Spears says she should have had more ‘fun’ and not take her fame too seriously in her teenage years. The 29-year-old singer, who shot to fame as a teenager in 1998 with her debut single ‘Baby one More Time’, thinks she should have let herself to embrace life more and not take her career as seriously, while growing up, reported Glamour magazine. “I was having fun then, but I would stay true to that. I’m still pretty much the same person I was when I started this, but in the beginning, I think I was fearful. So I’d say, just try to embrace moments more. To have a good time with life and don’t take it too seriously,” Spears said. The singer, who turns 30 in December, also said the iconic schoolgirl costume she wore in the video for her breakthrough single is her most-cherished outfit of her career, which has seen her dress in daring items such as a rubber catsuit, see-through sequinned dress and futuristic air hostess uniform. “My all time best outfit? Probably the school uniform. I think because it was my first video I ever did and the first experience with everything. That’s in the Rock ‘n’ Roll hall of fame,” she said. (PTI)

London: Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh says she wants to have a fantastic body like popstar Jennifer Lopez. The 29-year-old singer herself has envious curves but she thinks that the ‘American Idol’ judge has the perfect hour-glass figure, Contactmusic. “It’s a really tough call at the moment, but I think Jennifer Lopez is in great shape. She looks fantastic,” she said. Walsh who is in a long-term relationship with Justin Scott, says she is not overly obsessed with her weight but has found a regime that works for her. To maintain her shape, the singer hits the gym several times a week, which means she can indulge in her favourite foods. “I wouldn’t necessarily say I’m too obsessive health-wise, but I have been working out for the past year or so. I’ve realised I can either exercise and eat normally or I can diet and not work out – so I work out. It’s more fun and it definitely makes you feel more virtuous,” Walsh said. (PTI)
