Los Angeles: Actress Reese Witherspoon will not take legal action against a 84-year-old woman whose car hit her.
The 35-year-old star is not planning to press charges against the elderly woman, usmagazine.com reports.
The actress was hit while jogging in California Wednesday. She sustained a cut on her forehead. (IANS)
