SHILLONG: Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee President, Dr Friday Lyngdoh has extended his best wishes to the people of the state on the occasion of Durga Puja.
“The revelation of god to humankind is the belief of all religions and on this auspicious occasion of Durga Puja, let us all see through God’s such revelation, His desire for the good of humanity through sacrificing our self interest,” said Dr Lyngdoh.
In another such greeting, General Secretary, Blaze Sports Social and Cultural Association, Upper Mawprem Md. Kasim and General Secretary, Soul Maiden Sport’s Social and Cultural Club, Upper Mawprem Arif Ahmed Khongsit, conveyed their warm wishes to the people of the state on the occasion of Durga Puja.
The National Congress Party (NCP) Shillong city district committee has wished Happy Durga puja and Dussehra to the people of the state.
