SHILLONG: The research Centre for East and North East Regional Studies, Kolkata interested in the study of turbulence, development, peace and security in the eastern hemisphere is organizing a two day workshop titled “ The North East Development Paradigms at the North Eastern Council (NEC) Auditorium on October 18.
Doner Minister, Paban Singh Chatowar will inaugurate the workshop.
