General Body Meet

A general body meeting of the BSNL-DOT pensioners association of the Meghalaya District will be held in the staff side room, Circle Council Office at CTO Quarter Complex at 2pm on Friday. The meeting will be addressed by the Assistant General Secretary, BSNLEU New Delhi, Swapan Chakraborty.

Rashtriya Sankalp Divas

The Rashtriya Sankalp Divas was observed as a mark of respect to the late Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi. The programme was held at Trysem hall, Nongstoin on Monday which was attended by the Deputy Commissioner, West Khasi Hills S Kharlyngdoh.

New office bearers

The working committee of Raid Laban Dorbar which was held recently at Raid Laban School, Madan Laban unanimously elected the following office bearers to the executed committee of the Raid Laban Dorbar for the term of three years including Ioster Sun as the president, KF Rngad as the vice president, Banri Kupar Wahlang as the general secretary, Anthony Lyngdoh as the assistant general secretary and WR Lyngdoh as the treasurer.

National Conference

Meghalaya Association of Professional Counsellors and Martin Luther Christian University will organise the 1st National Conference on Career and Livelihood Planning on the them ‘Looking Within’ at Shillong Club at 9.30am on Friday.

 Meeting

The emergency general body meeting of the Meghalaya Small Savings Agents Association (MSSAA), Shillong will be held on November 4 at 6pm at the premises of Jagannath Mandir (Opera Hall), Thana Road.
