SHILLONG: The Rotary Club of Orchid City Shillong at a function held at Pine Wood Hotel on Tuesday gave away the Vocational Excellence Award 2011 to four awardees namely – Roshan Warjri, chairperson, Meghalaya Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd., Felix Langstieh-musician, proprietor of Andante Institute of Contemporary Music , Raphael Warjri-CEO Spectrum Audio-visual, Shillong and Ramakrishna Mission Shillong. Governor R S Mooshahary was the chief guest on the occasion.
