New Delhi: Reflecting further rift in Team Anna, Kiran Bedi on Saturday hit out at activist Arvind Kejriwal for his remarks over the inflated travel bills issue involving her, saying he did not understand the matter fully.

However, Kejriwal sought to downplay her remarks claiming that there were no differences with her and they were all “together like a rock”.

“The only problem is that he didn’t understand the issue fully… If he had more understanding of the issue, then his answer would have been different,” Bedi said when asked about Kejriwal’s remarks that he would not have done what she did.

However, yesterday Bedi had posted on Twitter that “Arvind (Kejriwal) has informed me that it’s a spin for a purpose.” Bedi said this morning that her clarification on the issue was available on her website. “For me, cause of Jan Lokpal bill is higher than issues or persons as Anna’s Team,” she said. Kejriwal had disapproved of Bedi overcharging her hosts by inflating travel bills, saying she was wrong in doing so. “She should not have done it. She has said it will not happen again. I would not have done what Kiran Bedi did,” he said.

Soon after Bedi’s comments, Kejriwal said he has no differences with the activist and they were all together like a rock. (PTI)
