Memorial meet on Dr Hazarika
All Shillong Assamese Joint Forum is organizing a memorial meet on Dr Bhupen Hazarika on the Assam Club premises, Laban, on Sunday at 2pm. The All Shillong Assamese Joint Forum comprises Assam Club, Mukul Sangha, Deepjyoti Socio Environmental Club, All Meghalaya Assamese Association etc.

The 2nd inter-state regional conference of Tourism Ministers of East and Northeastern State will be held at Pinewood Hotel at 9.30am on Friday. The Union Minister of Tourism will inaugurate the function.

Missing
One, Kamal Stephan Roy (43) has been missing from Monday evening. He came from Mawryngkneng on Monday morning to Shillong and went to his mother’s house and later to his wife’s house.
