SHILLONG: The Laitkor Dorbar Pyllun has slammed the MLA of Nongkrem Constituency Ardent M Basaiawmoit for his comment during the inauguration of the Laitkor Mawrie Water Supply Scheme at Laitkor recently alleging the Rangbah Shnongs of Laitkor Pyllun to be involved in politics when it comes to the implementation of the various schemes at Laitkor.
Terming Ardent as a ‘Power hungry politician’, the Chairman of Laitkor Dorbar Pyllun L Arun Mawrie told reporters here on Monday that the unfounded comments made by the Nongkrem MLA over the involvement of the Rangbah Shnongs of Laitkor Pyllun in politics has aroused anger amongst the Rangbah Dongs and Rangbah Shnongs of Laitkor.
