SHILLONG: The Union Health Ministry has appointed Dr Santa Singh as the new Director of NEIGRIHMS.
According to sources, the appointment of Dr Singh, currently serving as the Dean in the institute, was finalized by the Union Health ministry on Tuesday.
It may be mentioned that Dr Singh will replace Dr ME Yeolekar, who tendered his resignation recently. Dr Singh will assume office next week.
