Newborn’s body found

JOWAI: The body of a newborn baby was found from inside a jungle called Kseh near Kamki Sawmill, Ummulong village on Tuesday. The body of the infant was first spotted by some villagers who informed the Ummulong headman. The headman informed the Ummulong Police who conducted all formalities at the spot.

Ummulong Police took the body to Ummulong beat house. The postmortem examination would take place on Thursday.
