SHILLONG: A resident of Shillong, Shyamanta Phukon who is presently heading the IT sector for SIRO Group of Companies (Maharashtra, India) was recently conferred the NEXT100 CIOs of India award at a ceremony held at Fort Jadhavgarh, Pune.

NEXT100 is a national event which is a pioneering awards programme from IT NEXT magazine a 9.9 media publication that identifies and picks 100 senior IT managers from over twenty thousand IT companies in India who have the skills, talent and spirit to become CIOs to lead the next generation of IT sectors in India to the next level of growth and prosperity in coming years.
