JOWAI: A BSF personnel was allegedly stabbed by an unidentified trucker near Orchid Inn on Tuesday evening.
The BSF personnel, H. Lalmingmawia was on his way from Siliguri to Mizoram and according to his wife, Lalnunthluangi they were travelling by a mini bus and on reaching near Orchid Inn a speeding truck nearly hit the bus.
Both the trucker and the bus driver along with the BSF personnel had an argument after which the truck driver suddenly stabbed the BSF man on his stomach.
The BSF personnel was immediately rushed to KJPA Hospital, Jowai.
