SHILLONG: An Inter School Essay Competition was organized by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysis of India (ICFAI) university (Tripura) with an aim to provide an opportunity to the young minds to generalize their ideas and views on a particular matter.
The competition which saw the participation of over 1200 students from over 22 schools was held at Don Bosco Youth Centre here on Wednesday.
According to organizers, the competition was held with an objective to provide the students with a platform to accumulate their thoughts while providing aid to build some general awareness.
“We intend to consolidate their understanding and allow them to think deeply in a particular manner while assessing their potentials and likes and dislikes, consciousness on the various political and socio economic matters”, an organizer told reporters.
