SHILLONG: Deputy Chief Minister In-Charge of Sports and Youth Affairs Bindo Mathew Lanong inaugurated the Mini Physical Gym of the Dorbar Dong Demseiñiong, Laitumkhrah here on Friday.
The Mini Physical Gym was inaugurated in the presence of local MDC, the Executive Member In-Charge of Trade (KHADC) Antonio War besides others.
Speaking on the occasion the deputy Chief Minister lauded the efforts of the locals in their ability to come up with an idea to get the youth involved in such exercise.“I wish that this new gym will serve the local youth in a better way and prevent them from getting involved in many social ills,’’ Lanong said.
