SHILLONG: One person identified as Celestine Nongrum (55) died after he met with an accident on Tuesday night while he was proceeding to Laitlyngkot in his vehicle (ML 05 2825). The deceased person is an employee of Fishery department .The postmortem of the dead body was conducted at the Sohra CHC on Wednesday afternoon.
