NONGSTOIN: The Nongstoin Block Congress Committee here on Sunday decided to boycott the visit of Home Minister HDR.Lyngdoh scheduled for Tuesday as the minister had failed to response to some of their issues earlier.
Joint Secretary NBCC K.W.Nongrum stated that the decision was taken in a meeting held on Saturday night after it was known that the home minister would visit Nongstoin.
