SHILLONG: The East Khasi Hills, SP has informed that with a view to prevent traffic congestion at Mawlai Town Area and to ensure smooth flow of traffic, the following road is declared as “one way” and “no stopping zones”. One way from Long Round Road towards Madan Heh Stadium, one way from Nongmali Junction and Sharmunet Road towards Long Round Road and Nongmali Internal Road, No Entry from Lad iing Kong Wiatcynora Warjri towards Long Round Road. No Entry from Long Round Road towards Mali Krai Road. No Entry from Lad iing Synrem towards Nongmali Internal Road, vehicle coming from Jingthang Briew and on reaching Madan Heh will not be allowed to take a left turn but should keep to the right and no stopping zone at Mawlai Junction IGP Stand from 8am to 8pm.
