Speaking to The Shillong Times, Dr Sangma said as many stakeholders would be invited to take part in this first of its kind exercise.
“Since IIM Shillong and North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) are located here we would like to draw on their expertise in Budget making. We will also call upon ICAR and other institutions including the District Councils, academicians NGOs and civil society activist,” Dr Sangma said.
