NONGPOH: One person was killed while two others were seriously injured when a private vehicle (AS 01- AR- 8404) in which they were traveling hit a stationary truck (AS 01- T- 6797) at Dellongnar near Nongpoh on Sunday morning. The deceased was identified as Iaiskhemlang Diengdoh (18). Two injured persons — Mankhraw Kharkongngor (19) and Sony Diengdoh (20) – were referred to the Shillong Civil Hospital for treatment.
Both the deceased and the injured duo hailed from Mawkapiah village near Nongpoh.
