SHILLONG: The Deputy Commissioner, Ri Bhoi District, Nongpoh has informed the general public that the plot of land measuring 22,219.16 sq mtr and 23,079 sq mtr more or less at Killing Village, Ri Bhoi District covered under the Government Declaration No. RDA 47/2011/60 dated November 2, 2011 has been taken over possession by the Deputy Commissioner conferred upon by Section 17 of Sub-Section (4) and Section 31 Sub Section 2 of the Land Acquisition Act for construction of Colony buildings for 220/132 KV and 400 KV Sub-Station at Killing Village.
