IMPHAL:The third death anniversary of Dr Th Kishan, SDO of Kasom Khullen and two other state government employees, Token and Rajen, was observed here on Friday at Uripok.
The three officials were kidnapped by NSCN(IM) cadres and beaten to death at Lukhrabithong, Senapati district on February 17, 2009.
Dr R K Nimai, Secretary, Arts and Culture, was the Chief Guest of the function.
Noted lawyer Kh Mani speaking on the occasion said the case of the killings of the three officials was handled by the CBI.(UNI)
