SHILLONG: The Chief Secretary will inaugurate the Small Multipurpose Reservoir (SMR) and the approach road to the SMR at Mawlyngbna village, Mawsynram C and RD block on Saturday at 11am. This is part of convergence of initiative of the Integrated Basin Development and Livelihood Programme with Soil and Water Conservation, C and RD and Fisheries Department.
