SHILLONG:The FKJGP Upper-Shillong Circle has created its unit at Mylliem Mangsain on Thursday at the same time selected members of this unit which include— Amborlang Kharlukhi as the president, Shngain borlang Kharkongor as the vice president, Willbok Kharkongor as the general secretary, Markstarson Kharlukhi as the assistant general secy, Banlangbor Kharlukhi as the sports secy, Elvisson Kharlukhi as the agriculture secy , Lastborn Kharlukhi as the information secy besides other 16 executive members.
