SHILLONG: A TATA Sumo (MLO4A–4443) travelling towards Shillong from Jowai was hit on the driver side by a truck coming from the opposite direction at Mawlyndep under Mawryngkneng Block, East Khasi Hills District on Monday.
The injured were admitted to Civil Hospital by 108 ESA based at Mawryngkneng
Indrajeet Singh (24/male), a motorist sustained injuries when the motorbike he was riding was hit by another vehicle at 17th Mile, Byrnihat, Ri Bhoi District on Sunday.
Meanwhile, 2 persons sustained injuries when the jeep they were travelling on overturned after it went off the road at Mawlynrei on Sunday.
The injured were admitted to Civil hospital.
