Bike-a-thon

Fanwar Faith Incorporate (FFI, USA) in collaboration with the Khasi Jaintia Conference of Seventh day Adventist Church, Nongthymmai is organizing a bycyle ride dubbed ‘Bike-a-thon 2012-Ride for Health’ with Shan Fanwar as the leader of the ride from Gangtok, Sikkim on March 22 which will culminate in Brookside Adventist Higher Secondary School premises on March 29 at 12 noon.

Gratuitous Relief

The Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills has released the payment of Gratuitous relief to those affected victims whose agriculture/horticulture crops were damaged by heavy rainfall and cyclonic storm on October 2010 under Mawphlang C and RD block.
