Guwahati: The proscribed ULFA on Tuesday called an Assam bandh on April 20 when Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh is scheduled to visit the state to participate in the Assembly’s platinum jubilee celebrations. ULFA ‘central publicity wing’ member Joy Asom, in an emailed statement, said the bandh will be in force from 5am to 5pm of April 20. (UNI)
