Tura: The Meghalaya Pradesh Youth Congress Committee, Garo Hills and residents of Rangsakhona, Ampati and Salmanpara constituency in West Garo Hills are organising a grand function on April 23 to felicitate Chief Minister, Dr Mukul Sangma for his endeavour in announcing creation of Ampati district.
Youth Congress general secretary, Richard M Marak, informed that the felicitation would be held at the Ampati play ground.
